Have you contacted the Facebook app devs? That detail isn't in the above post, and while I know you and your team feel slighted, it'd be nice to know if you've made an attempt to contact them and voice your concerns.

(And, by the way, you did an excellent job with presenting your evidence; there's no doubt it's your code verbatim.)

I just checked my order status on AT&T's website and it's at "processing", which I guess means all is good. I was able to place the order for both my wife and my iPhones at 7:39 AM yesterday morning. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones...

Had the same problems with downloading iPhone 2.0 software a few months ago, on the day of the release. It's probably just server-side issues that are typical to the first day of release. *shrug* Who knows though...

TechHosting is also an incredible deal at $4.95/month. Had I found them before I pulled the trigger on 1and1.com, I'd be with them right now. That, of course, is not to say I'm not happy where I am with 1and1...

1and1.com is the best out there for hosting multiple sites, IMHO. I, like you, used GoDaddy's basic hosting, but when I wanted to add another site to my hosting plan, it was going to cost me big time! All I wanted to do was buy another domain and use the leftover space of on my hosting plan to host it. To do so, I had to upgrade my package and pay a LOT more. So to 1and1.com I went, and never looked back.

1and1.com hosts as many 1and1-registered domains on my hosting account as I want, and I think it is up to five externally-registered sites. I only have two sites and since I transferred the registrations to 1and1, and because there are two domain registrations included with my "business" package (120GB webspace, 1.2TB bandwidth) the domains, including private registration, are free as long as I stay with 1and1.com!

You should, at least, consider them for what you're wanting to do.
