Kenya, a banana republic, should hold President Obama ransom for having Kenyan heritage. Yes, totally agree with your assessment.

Re: State disburses Sh750m for schools upgrade

Looks like a thinly veiled attempt to garner votes at the expense of tax payers money. What kind of organisation has such poor planning as to allocate funds for capital expenditure at year-end, for infrastructure that is needed at the start of the new year. Should the Education Ministry be taken seriously?

Re: • Bernanke And The Perpetuating Credit Card Swindle

It is indeed obscene, in every sense of the word, how the tax payers of America will bail out the multi-national financial institutions that have wreaked global havoc, while they will never get bailed out of their own indebtedness. This is not an economic bailout, rather a re-imbursement of some individuals' and multinationals assets that were lost during an especially risky period of doing business. How can one even begin to comprehend how Bernanke can throw money at banks, without ensuring that the same money that he is throwing is accessible to the ones who put it there in the first place? And can they get a piece of it without losing an arm and a leg?
