Hi - sorry to come to this late.

If the term 'potential male harassment' offends you in any way, I am sorry. I do not mean to brush all men with broad strokes nor have I done so, or ever.

What I mean by this is simply that going to a straight club as a woman sometimes comes with unwanted male attention. The sentiment I express here is no different from the common practice of straight women going to gay male parties because they feel they can focus on just having fun. Sometimes a straight club can be a bit of a zoo for women who aren't looking to hook up. Some places at least. When I come to these things, it's just a bonus that I never need to explain myself or get out of uncomfortable situations. The power dynamics are different.

I did hit on that girl, and so far she hasn't accused me of harassment, mostly because she also obviously plays with my team; if she didn't or if it was unwanted attention, then clearly I would not act on it.

I'm not sure how being rich helps anybody when they are dead. I'm sorry to hear that is the perception of a Chinese worker but I don't believe in letting the bad eggs spoil it for a country of a billion people.

I like having familiarity with my machine, too — when I sniffed around at the rental bikes with my friends, I realised that the Danes seem to like coaster brakes. I don't mind them much, but I'm not used to them, so I was glad I did not need to get used to something so drastically different on the road!

I don't like rental bikes. I never have a good fit, I don't have patience to look for a rental shop, and when my friends rented bikes in CPH in order to ride along with me — I hated all of the rental bikes they had there.

My own bike is 'zhng'ed' out exactly to my specifications and desires — I dislike most other bicycles. I actually only like foldable bicycles.. and that part of the world is totally shite for foldies!

There's this brilliant trolley shop at Sankt Göransgatan 63-69, Stockholm. There's a cute little cafe called Bagel Deli around the corner, and there's a very good local bike shop right opposite the trolley shop.

The trolley shop also sells Dahon bikes! Seriously crazy.. there are shelves and shelves of the diff size wheels you want for your trolley. All kinds of trolleys for every purpose. The one I got is the one in the last pic.
Actually I forgot to mention that I had the trolley sticking out of the back of my bike when I was riding along the highway when I needed to be rescued...

Not particularly. I'd been a webfaction customer for some time now. I'm not even on their Singapore servers yet as I've been too lazy to migrate a bunch of other sites.

It's definitely a plus though, in that it's good knowing they have the sg server option.

Everyone was naked. In this case, only women as it was a women-only day; and there was an indoor swimming pool with minerals you were supposed to swim in before getting to the sauna. My toes kept cramping in that pool with maybe 50 naked women. Hahaha

I'm very proud of India. The response to #mumbaiblasts online was so much more constructive than the crap I was watching on TV.

People made Google spreadsheets with live-updating info of help offered and needed; strangers were coordinating physical and virtual help with each other.

I think the world and its media was struck by how tech-savvy Indians used all this tech so naturally and so quickly — wonder if this is the first example of large-scale social media emergency management.

Today as Bombay woke up we all mourn the dead, and the senseless loss of lives. Already locals are working on disaster management solutions. If our toothless politicians won't protect the people, the people will try their best to help each other.

I was one of those offering to make calls from Singapore. I'm not Indian, but I am a Mumbaikar in my heart.
