I've been absent from your blog for so long!!! I thought you had quit posting simply because my reader is malfunctioning and won't update past the swine flu. I have to figure it out because my blogroll isn't updating either!

Anyways, great post! I like it when someone goes out on a limb and proclaims their interest. I like directness. Buying a drink is pretty direct. And it is kind and generous. And it can end there too. Simple. Clean Easy.

I love limiting my choices. I prefer shopping at the small grocery store than at the one with the giant wall of bread. So many bad breads, so little time. I mean, super inefficient. Many of my choices are already limited because of my environmental leanings, my vegetarian diet and my budget. I find this a delightful challenge.

I think its OK to find one bread you love and eat it for the rest of your life. But that does go against our culture these days where we are supposed to try new things until we are worn out.

I appreciate this. Inconsistency is what made my last relationship so brutal. My life and my little heart was constantly being torn apart and I just kept trying to make everything OK and normal. I always thought I had done something wrong. Now I see that he was just an inconsistent moron. And a liar/cheater/blashphemer.

i have a had a lot of married guy friends have a crush on me. I don't buy it that marriage changes things. Sigh. its hard being friends with the opposite (straight) sex.

I freaking loved this! LOVED it. I especially enjoyed how it was a communal dance and an entertaining performance for all. By making it a fun, enjoyable performance everyone there became connected. I think that is how celebrations of love should be.
