As for Cash business increasing their cash flow? They are now dealing with something that they have never had to maage before. Now they are filing montly? Who pays to manage this function? Managing money "they collect on taxable supplies they make is NOT their Money to do with as they please". So an additinoal burden will be placed on a manufacturer (to collect the governmet's  money). I wonder if the IRS will be able to handle this without expanding and increasing their budget? A tax any tax may as well be considered a consumable and will increase the price to produce. Thus the increase in price will be passed on the consumer.
