This was one of the most delicious things I have eaten in a long time. Love the tanginess of the sun dried tomato, the crunchiness of the legumes and the delicious mash. I didn't have wine or breadcrumbs so I added a little bit more stock and then some parmesan, walnuts and flax seeds as a topping. SO good!

This was so incredibly delicious, flavourful and full of texture! I changed the yellow pepper for a zucchini and then added some cayenne pepper for some extra kick. Lip smacking good!

La verdad es que a nivel personal he aprendido mucho siendo profesora, sobre todo porque tienes que llevarte bien con quien sea que te toque. Por suerte casi siempre me ha tocado gente muy interesante...

Yes, I think the same thing, why is everyone so far away! I especially remember the pet cemetery and the ride in which we went above all the animals and I kept filming your hair... ? it was such a fun trip xoxo
