Hey Super........why does this huge enormous business have such an ungodly amount of management.............what maybe a 6 craft employees per supervisor ratio??? And why do we have 39 Vice Presidents a Postmaster General making 4 times what our Nation's president makes and countless Postmasters being shuttled around the country because there is no work for them to do!!! What did G.M. do when they hit rock bottom...........they gutted middle management to the max!!!! and that is precisely what they need to do in this place. Craft employees have already sacrificed in this place losing over 100,000 jobs in the last 8 years and during that time this place has had the audacity to bring in more management to the mix. This place is so top heavy I'm surprised its still standing. And as for your 2 hour early b.s. why hasn't your street supervision corrected it. In our office we get screened twice a year and our routes are pinched to the minute. Why do we waste millions of dollars to not only move management around the country.................HELL YEAH WE'LL EVEN PURCHASE YOUR HOUSE AND LOSE MONEY ON THOSE TOO!!!! I WOULD GUESS THAT 10% OR LESS IN MANAGEMENT HAVE ANY COLLEGE EDUCATION BACKGROUND AT ALL TO DO THE DUTIES THEY DO.........................IT WAS JUST AN EASY WAY TO GET OUT OF REALLY DOING.............................WORK.............YEAH THAT'S RIGHT YOUR COMMENT OF SO EASY A CAVE MAN CAN DO IT REALLY SITS WELL WITH MIDDLE MANAGEMENT!!!!

Believe me sir...........................if any Congressional investigation of the Post Office finances becomes known to the mass public.....................YOU WILL BE THE ONE LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB!!!! AND IN THIS ECONOMY AND YOUR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA WHY DON'T YOU START LOOKING AT BURGER KING!!!!

Misinformed???? I've been in this organization for 24 years Super......I know whats going on in here.......You don't think I know how manipulative this place is!!!! By your comments you don't know very much about it..........twisting and manipulating your statements!!! Pay Cuts...........what are you talking about!!!!! All crafts have sacrificed in this downturn.......except management...........there are more of your kind then ever!!!! Explain to me why a unit the size of ours 60 routes needs 4 Supervisors to run it (and that's just in the carrier craft) that's really being productive!!! In the 1980's it was run by 2 Supervisors and that was before computers were in the mix......................and now we have a regional Scan Coordinator...........yessir Scan Coordinator!!!! 140,000 craft jobs lost in the past 5 years and thousands of managers added to the payrolls..................the reason this place is running to the ground????........................LOOK IN THE MIRROR SUPER!!!!!

Cola's............take a look at the past year Super.............were there any cola's???? Don't think so!!!! Raises of 2%??? When was that........1980's!!!! Get your thumb out of your behind and look in the mirror!!!! Supervisors are the most overrated positions in this Post Office........getting paid to absolutely do zilch!!!! Performance bonuses in a downturn economy when the Post Office is losing billions???? What a joke!!!! getting bonuses for losing money...............What's next!!!! This place is so management overloaded is ridiculous!!!! We now have scan coordinators in this business..............yeah that's right scan coordinators...........talk about a total waste of time and energy!!!! This business is quickly going down the toilet and management is doing all the flushing!!!! And who's really expendable in this type of climate.................that's you Super!!!! If an investigation was started in this business of who's vital and who's not...................YOU WOULD BE THE ONE TRYING TO FIND A FIRST JOB IN THIS ECONOMY WITH UNEMPLOYMENT AT 10% AND WITH NO EDUCATION TO FIND ONE!!!! YOU ARE A REAL LOSER!!!!

Spare us all???? Raises??? 1.2% a year negotiated raise......Cola's???? When was the last Cola increase???? get your numbers straight Super!!!! management gets performance bonuses every December and with the performance you have shown there shouldn't even been a bonus for years!!!! long breaks???? Give me a break sir!!! Your micro managment and details to the last second I picked the underware out of my bottom sink this theory very quickly...............why don't you go back to your internet surfing that you always have time to do.....................LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!!! You might see the person who really is replaceable and does nothing for the bottom line!!!
