The only one I'd add is restaurants that serve too fast with the starter arriving before you've had a chance to enjoy (and sometimes receive) your pre-dinner drink, and then main courses arriving within minutes of starters being cleared. I love food, I want to enjoy it &amp;amp; share the experience with the people I'm eating with. Cut it in half the way you show above then turn it over with the cut side over a bowl and twat the curved shell side with a wooden spoon a few times.
