Thanks I'm still working on the Kabal Army list to get in as many variety of models and yet can effectively be played as a working army! Can't wait

I am one of those ppl across the table.

I would normally bring my fully painted, rather good in quality according to most. I tend to field units that looks good, rather than the power units.

Of course, I get trashed most of the time. But sometimes, I still win.

I have no issues with guys coming in with a powerlist and trying to tear me apart with all the new goodies the latest codex offers. and I certainly will not give any remarks to make them feel like they've just murdered the fun in gaming. The quicker the game ends, the quicker I will start the next game with a more interesting player. Everyone has the right to play his or her way. So far, the experience has not changed the way I percieve the hobby. I still love it as much I as I since day one.

At the end of the day, I still go back with the cooler looking models/army. It's pretty much one thing that I can brag about in this hobby! :)

Its a simple blend of regal blue, enchanted blue and various mix of EB with skull white..

Very nice effect on the engines, something that I had no patience with when I was painting my eldar!

Though I can't wait to see the rest of the model done, I must say that taking your own time and not rushing will guarantee a great looking piece!

you mean the yellow round decals with the roman numbers? Those are meant to be company color markings! I have no idea! :o I thought that any heavy support such as tanks like these are detached from the chapter's armory to support the battle company.

I started with Eldar and Tau and was all out against the blue boys,

Next thing I know, I have about half the company painted up... about to finish more armor soon to have about 2500+ points

I don't know what happened along the way but i guess i just grow onto it. I started off the hobby during the 4th edition, wasn't really into marines at that time, until the new codex came out. I got excited with the new units and addition to the army that I felt like I can do something interesting with it.

I like armies with lots of fluff and background story and Graham McNeill's books serves as a basis for my 4th Company (though I must say Fulgrim is one of his better works). Ultramarines is one of them. In fact, after Ultramarines, I have the urge now to start another chapters. Next will be space wolves for me.

Like most smurf haters, I was all out against them, but at some point I just wanted to feel how is it like to play and paint Ultramarines. So I just have a try, fell in love with it and the rest is history :)

I'm sure I have coffee in many of my tau models, imagine how confusing having my cafe latte placed next to a cup of water stained in tau sept ochre.

That twin linke bolter slinger looks like having a blast of a time riding on that rhino. Fantastic idea!

By all means, don't let anything stop you from blogging, it's always good to share :)

I've never used airbrush in any of my models. To achieve the smooth results, multiple layer of thin coats are always the key. It may take more time and patience, but the results are worth it.

Well the base is always ultramarines blue, followed by highlights of space wolves grey+ultramarine blue (50/50), and darker wash of Regal blue. I just play with these 3 colors to get the desired effect :)

I think I've been eyeing on that one but I'm still looking for one with more panels in between, to place more for display.

Anyhow, looking really good to display your works there! Wire up a light on the top and I think it'll look fantastic :)
