It really did make a difference, and we never ended up with an ADHD diagnosis or medication. My son is almost 12 now and he's a fantastic young man. He still has his moments, but he's incredibly brilliant (gifted and working several grade levels above his age group) and sweet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We haven't followed Feingold strictly for several years, we to this day we still avoid food dyes, additives, and preservatives. So you could do M-W-F or T-Th-S. However you choose to set up your schedule. It's half your body weight (in pounds). So if you weight 180 pounds, you would drink at minimum 60 (1/2 of your weight) in ounces of water per day.
