It is a book about her family's experiment of eating only local food for a year.  I though it was very interesting, inspiring and informational.  It goes beyond organic and describes the benefits of eating seasonally and locally.  I loved it!!  Thank you again for all of the lovely give-aways!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;eta:  I see this was recommended below as well. I usually fall asleep, but I guess if I couldn't knit I would look at/read cookbooks and try new and delicious recipes.  I do this a little now, but I would foster the interest if, for some reason, knitting were not an option.  I think I would take cooking classes, actually.  See that??
