I don't think your home court advantage argument is holding any weight this year. Look at teams like Michigan State and Indiana, they are not having a tough time losing at home.

IU would be hitting a new low if they told these players who were supposed to be beloved by the university, regardless of record, they no longer had a scholarship available.
