I love this list! So often I hear that I am not getting enough protein or people wonder how they can be a vegan in their city. I have even heard people make these comments to vegetarians. Not only is it possible, but people are thriving as vegans.

I am not a skinny vegan. I admit to a terrible sweet tooth and a diet that needs to be more balanced. I know with some work I will be fit and trim in no time.

I think I'd be more ticked I paid all that money for a breed I didn't get then anything. Bad news is the people were ripped off and this place still remains open. The good news is the owners of the less-than-pure dogs will keep them.

I'll be happy when this place is closed and no longer newsworthy.

High -- Finally finished up a knitted cowl I like after starting several and just not liking how they looked.

Low -- Felt a bit under the weather, but I am rocking now ;)
