Oh, I guess someone forgot about the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. Also, the fact that Poland was invaded by two countries - Germany and The Soviet Union. The two countries that started World War II. Japan had already been busy in China for the better part of a decade.

The Lithuanians, Latvians, and Estonians were occupied by The Soviet Union prior to Nazi Germany's Operation Barbarossa. The citizens of these countries wanted The Soviet Union out and Nazi Germany was seen as the way out. Bad choice for The Baltic States. To be occupied by The Soviet Union or to be occupied by Nazi Germany. Both, murderous regimes with countless millions of victims.

Just ask The Ukraine, where The Soviet Union encountered the same anti-Soviet partisans after the war. My how Russia likes it revisionist history just as much as elements within The United States. We are like brothers that way.

The truth is, this all a bunch of crap that has happened throughout recorded history. This is not a new phenomenon. Some nationalist somewhere has been stirring up trouble, erecting monuments to 'heroes'; while someone else was busy complaining about it and feeling threatened. Quick to point out the faults of others. While conveniently forgetting about their country's previous 'bad behavior'.

Doomed to repeat history. We must remember history to avoid the mistakes of the past - never forget. However, we do have to realize, that most of humanity living today did not commit the sins of their mothers or fathers. Too idealistic, I guess. Most of humanity is still primitive, locked away in a Stone Age mentality. Except this time we have computers, cell phones, and nuclear weapons.

Yay for us. Not out with a bang, but with a whimper.

Revolution, unless sudden and capable of quickly decapitating Global Wall Street and their government cronies, will be crushed. The modern police state is very well capable of dealing with revolution.

Hint: The military and police-state are prepared.

Gives them the excuse to declare martial law and suspend The Constitution for the indefinite future. It is what The Oligarchs want.

Revolution would have to come within hours or days. Military leadership, civilian leadership, and about 600 of the wealthiest people representing Global Wall Street would have to be seized or incapacitated within hours. At most, five days.

All of that would need the cooperation of some military personnel. Most notably, the colonels or lieutenant colonels. At least some sympathizers (not of Republican or Democrat ilk) in political leadership would need to serve as a rallying personality. You can forget the current crop of opportunists such as Sarah Palin or Ron Paul or Glen Beck (quick, someone name someone on the Left)...

That, and you would have to contend with the Neo-Rightists who feel dispossessed. On The Right, especially. Right-wing groups would quickly set up counter-claims and rally large numbers of people to their ideology, such as has already happened (Tea-Party). You would need to counter these groups, with force, if necessary. Same as any spliniter-groups on The Left.

Yes, in a revolution, America would split as even The State governments and their Demo-Republican politicians sought to lay claim to the throne. This must be met with either negotiation, or (as a last resort) force.

A revolution in America is rather difficult. A revolution that could hold it all together as other so-called American opportunists would immediately smell the money-blood in the water and seek to seize control for their own dictatorial goals.

Republicans have worked to install incompetent government employees (who seem inclined towards graft and personal power), ensure that regulations are destroyed (or unenforced), all the while claiming that government is the problem. When, in reality, Republicans have worked to destroy government. They are the problem, Republicans.

Without a functioning government, corruption reigns. As we are seeing today. Republicans, because of their mindset and religion (a religion that is dictatorial) are natural born dictators and servants. A general statement; one that holds true.

They have bankrupted America for personal wealth and power. And the Democrats have been there with them.
