Most people get that raw is a healthier way to live however those same people get stuck in their old SAD habits unable to break them for a new healthier lifestyle. One thing is for sure though if one person in a household is raw the other family members catch on quick, my boyfriend who eats meat with every meal now begs me to make strawberry smoothies for him.
