However, sometimes no matter what you do to train and enforce, there will always be employees that disregard the rules. We have them here. I try to catch them, but they are quick. When I am not around, they violate all kinds of rules. What ramifications do employees have... nothing... I think that OSHA should have fines for employees that violate company policies. The burden should be shared by the employer and the employee.... The guys were I work think it's all a big joke because they don't care, it's the company's dime. Why should I go to a casino and have to sit next to someone smoking. I have a right to enjoy these activities without jeopardizing my health. Why should I put up my clothing stinking.
