Working out is always a great way to increase spirit, get rid of stress and evoke happiness.. but at the same time, it can be quite demoralizing when you don't see results as fast or when it simply just gets hard to do it.

I know that because I've been working out on and off for the past 2 years but this last year has been the best year for me because I found that I really love running. I haven't done bodyrocking in a while and running just keeps me going.

I don't think of it as working out at all.. Jocel gave really good advice.

Keep doing what you're doing. No matter how hard it may seem, it won't be long before you notice the changes. The first time I met you, and now, you are completely different. That just goes to show that your hard work has paid off.. just in case you don't realize it.

You can do it! One step at a time. ;) Just know we have your back!

Hey Fish! It was such a wonderful experience being able to catch what goes on behind the scenes for the Aladdin Musical and it was a pleasure meeting you too (besides the cast and crew). It's a wonderful write up and I can't wait for the Gala premiere!

I'm so with you on your list! My absolute all time fave has definitely got to be My Best Friend's Wedding! :) The Proposal, How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days, 50 First Dates are definitely ones I could watch over and over again. I also do love oldies like Sleepless in Seattle, Pretty Woman, While You Were Sleeping and Sabrina.

I'm not really too impressed with newer romantic comedies. Rom Coms used to be so enjoyable even without over-sexualizing everything.. at least last time you can watch it with your parents or brothers in the room without one party getting embarrassed or have an awkward moment. Nowadays, most romcoms are going with an R-rated MPAA rating.

I write just to appease and humor myself and not to please anyone. Sure I'm flattered when people say I enjoy my blog, but my blog is "very me". The way I write and the way I talk are one and the same. So there are bound to be imperfections.. what they are.. are for you to decide. I embrace my imperfections and I can honestly say that even if I don't have one reader, I will still be writing.. :)

I think "Not a Perfect Blog" is a great tagline. It's always so obvious and a little bit of a put off when I see other bloggers trying so hard to be "perfect".

Hey Isaac! You're absolutely lucky to be able to get an up close and personal session with Ning. A lot of my favourite local songs are of Ning's. :) And this was really a great write up too! The wikipedia list really really is a great reminder on how long Ning Baizura has been in this industry. :) Great job on the post!! :)

YAY!! I was right! :) My mom has one like this although hers is a crocodile bag.. super gorgeous as well. ;) the shape kinda looked familiar and Celine is one of mom's fave brands so I pretty much recognized it from the get go. So passing half of the virtual hugs to mumzy! :)

Anyways, you look gorgeous as always, wendy! :) I loved how you used a neutral outfit that looked anything but neutral. although the colors are, it still stood out.. classy and gorgeous! :)

I'm a really big eater, so the portions don't really faze me! LMAO! It depends on the franchise, some of their meals, can't be made to order. Like I like my burger medium, but SOME franchises, say they can't make it to order. But the one in One Utama, does it perfectly to my liking. The one in Curve doesn't. So I'm picky when I go to eat at TGIF's. ;)

I was on this "no watching movie trailers" challenge because it always ruins movies for me (it acts as a spoiler) but today I decided to just check this one out and it turned out to be a short story of the film right down to the end. Movie trailers don't add excitement but acts more of a buzzkill for me these days.

Plot wise, yeah it seems watchable. Sturgess and Hathaway have great chemistry.
