Justin isn't saying vote out of fear he is saying "Get a grip on reality!" We must be honest with ourselves regarding the cross roads our country has reached. We have reached a desperate point in our history. This isn't a time to take a chance at letting John McCain take the presidency because if he does it is almost guaranteed to be catastrophic for the us and the world. Obama isn't perfect but he is a step in the right direction and if we're lucky he might even do some good. If there is only one reason to vote for Obama it is the Supreme Court. He will do the right thing when it comes to the Supreme Court. Voting for him for that reason alone isn't voting out of fear it is being realistic and practical. Again, I must repeat Justin's note to allies such as you, "Get a grip on reality!" Peace- ShellyM

Re: http://blurt-online.com/blogs/view/825/

Justin Sane you are my new hero! You are so on target with everything you have written here. Obama isn't perfect but next to "McSame" he's our only hope. If "McSame" wins the white house then this country is in serious trouble. Keep telling it like it is Justin!!!

Re: http://www.blurt-online.com/blogs/view/127/

As an American who frequents Europe I couldn't agree with Sane more. Obama wasn't my first choice but he has improved America's image in Europe considerably.

Re: http://www.blurt-online.com/blogs/view/127/

Arvin- I don't know why you attack Sane the way you do? He is hardly saying that Obama is perfect. You completely missed the point of the piece and you degrade the quality of your argument (which is pointless anyway seeing as how you are arguing with Sane over a point he wasn't making!) by making this personal attack: "But, hey, Sane, whatever makes you hold your head up high." I suggest that next time you try reading the piece before criticizing it.
