Let me point out something that probably is not known or clear..

There is a little known law or Senate rule dating back to the Pentagon Papers..Any Senator..Your Senator for example can stand up in Senate and read secret documents into public record and will never face legal chargers..

I found someone that allows me to push back as mobile app design, modernism visual UX foundations, etc. Its building on a social graph for business but not FB..android dev gig application process talk is on going ..should know more by end of May..fingers crossed.

Lessig by her Logic I could have been charged with a felon y in 1993 for accessing an Ecology program to do college research.

Lessig we have lost the republic as we cannot trust the most ignorant government official following their own self interests to follow the law in front of them.

I will not comment on the inherit lies in the DOJ latest pr as that will be handled by the Senate inquiry however yes we have lost our republic, a republic that withstood 200 years as an example of democracy.

I do not recognize the country I am living in anymore. There is an ache and an empty loss...

to give some sense of measurement ..50 years is regularly cited as a max for those felonies involving cocaine and drug money laundering EXCEPT if you are a bank and have a lobbyist than of course no felony and no big deal

I submit that because Android is already split up this way of groups of features as mobile apps through its intent system that Google has already been one-half step ahead of FB.

But your mobile app metaphor does hold merit as it is not the way that most Fortune 500 firms approach their mobile app dev/design and it should be.(my revised twitter demo app was of that approach of splitting up the app into functional categories).

The difference between FB and Google in mobile ads is that Google has a mobile ad revenue replacement in the form of revenue sharing it does on in-app purchasing, etc whereas FB does not. FB's whole biz model is being over-turned.

FB's counter might be to strengthen their app store aspect on mobile by forking Android with their own app store.
