We only throw away the ones that we've been using as display rolls for a week or so. Trust me. They're gnarly. The rolls that don't sell as quickly as we'd like and get dry, we sell as day old rolls at a reduced price. When we have a lot of rolls we can't sell for whatever reason, we donate them to a drop in homeless shelter. :)
