You've got to be kidding. Trump has literally built his entire brand on *not* be down to earth. Gold doors, gold toilets, the "best" businessman, the "best" negotiator, he has the "best" words, he's the "smartest," etc. There is nothing "down to earth" about Trump.

The Obamas have two relatively quiet, scandal-free daughters and never had a single controversy that wasn't drummed up bullshit. Tell me again what point you were making?

Definitely ceramic. Titanium makes for a lightweight bracelet, but a ceramic casing wouldn't be at risk of shattering at the most likely reachable depths. Plus, it's just cool.

Does anyone know of any punctuation shortcuts for Wordflow? Typing is speedy, but adding a question mark, a comma, or an exclamation point is a painful momentum breaker.

Edit: I realize holding the period key is a "shortcut," but that's not what I meant. In Swype, for example, you can swipe from the x to the spacebar or the m to the spacebar for exclamation point and question mark respectively. That's what I'm hoping to find in WordFlow.

Well, we can shut down libraries and fire departments and the post office and the DMV and transportation departments and cops and snow plows and street lights and sewers and trash services if you'd like. That would save you a couple of bucks and keep some money out of the government's hands. That really what you want?

You know, good, decent, patriotic people pay their taxes without whining because they want their communities to be better, their citizens to be educated and working high paying jobs, and there not to be sickness and disease. People who want lower taxes should stop and think about all the great things our taxes fund. Of course there are some government programs we could cut, but the things people complain about are the tiniest sliver of that money, like food stamps (less than 1% of the budget).

You prefer an country where people let their neighbors suffer and die? That's un-American and un-Christian.

Just one more goofball who doesn't understand what the first amendment actually means. She has the freedom of speech, and she chose to use it. What the first amendment doesn't protect you from is consequence for your speech, and that's what she's getting. 100% deserved, by the way.

You still have freedom of speech, but cowards hide behind it when people don't like what you used that podium to say.

Jesus Christ this article made me feel old. I was a college freshman when Blue got big, and we rushed out to buy Pinkerton our sophomore year, even if it took me a few years to truly fall in love with it.

I've always loved Green and Maladroit, but in a very different way. It's not really a continuation of the old band...it feels different. And while the album 5 demos were promising, I can't help but feel that Make Believe is a steaming turd. Haven't been able to stomach anything new since then. In that vein, I can't imagine a newly minted HS junior discovering Weezer and falling in love with their newest records.

How in the world can I get my hands on one of those boxes? I'm just dying to develop for BB10. I've written stuff but I can only really test it in Ripple. I have about 5 apps I'm ready to build, but it's pretty unwieldy to use Chrome rather than a real device. Who do you gotta know?

I'm trying to figure out how you reached this viewpoint. Mac OS has steadily been simplifying the native apps, installers are now replaced by an App Store, the Settings panel is simpler than ever and mimics the IOS Settings applet that seems to work for 100m+ people. The major changes over the last few releases - x86 optimizations, 64-bit support, Quick Look, Time Machine - are all invisible with no UI unless invoked. So what part is getting cluttered, exactly? All evidence points to the opposite.

I suspect you mean iTunes, and if that's the case, it's fair, but it's still a silly reason to switch platforms and mobile phones, since it's not necessarily anymore for iOS use.
