Personally, I can't believe half of what is promised. Running a campaign promising change is a tall order, if not ambiguous. Obviously, Obama owes alot to quite a few people as is seen in the selection of his cabinet. That aside, I do believe that Obama was the right choice for president. He is extemely intellegent and articulate, but he is not immune to the influences of the power house around him. It's not a bad idea to remind him of the promise he made and encourage him to move in the direction that we deem necessary. We need to let him know that he owes alot to us as well. Thank you for taking the time to highlight the reasons we all need to get out there and Vote for Obama this November and for expaining the apprehension that many feel about him and this election. You were right on. It really does comes down to getting someone in the Whitehouse who will begin to move us into the right direction.
