I'm writing to my representatives and urging them to vote "YES" for these important bills.

I'll urge them to vote "NO" only when divorce is legally prohibited for male-female marriages and such married couples must remain married for their entire natural lives. If not and they file for divorce, they go to jail for life.

I'm voting against the whole levy, just based upon this ridiculously contrived letter. I hope that whoever wrote this letter slips on ice and breaks both ankles. Just my harmless opinion.

How sensible is it, to go skateboarding down a concrete incline with stair rails attached to it, posavy? It;s stupid. But they do it. Whatever happens to them, they seem to deserve it.

How can a semi-rural fire department justify city-level response times to fire scenes? You have a paid staff member who is assigned to code development? Why not assign those funds to another firefighter? That's one additional firefighter that you don't have to pay for! You don't get it, or have some agenda I can't figure out. Do the math.

I have a question. Why is a semi-rural fire district using city response times as basis for it's response times?

I have a second question. Has the recent downward trend in the economy been factored into the population projections? Specifically, due to the downward turn in the economy, how can any government entity expect the population projections of even 2 years ago to hold true? The jobs are disappearing and the housing developments expected to fill Kitsap County will not happen. There is no where for extra people to work.

We need to be real here. I cannot cast a consenting vote without some current information. It's your turn, Wayne.

I've heard a lot of neighbors and friends complaining about the taxes in this county. While we do need fire fighters and teachers, equally, just how much money do these taxing districts think we can squeeze out of depleted savings and incomes? Does my family need to give up food and basic necessities to support education and fire fighting? "A few dollars" a month is down to what we're calculating in our budget.

I agree, it's very kid friendly. But what about when you have to shut your kid down when he wants a new toy and you say "there's no money". No Money. You're going to be taxed out of your house. Who cares about medical services? Or expensive medical helicopters or snow machines?
