One of these days one of these shamefully dangerous viaducts (and they're ALL OVER the place) is going to crumble with a trainful of passengers on it and the Mayor and council members will begin an investigation into why it broke, starting with, "Well, we put a coat of paint on it.  How dare it fall down?"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I used to think Daley the Latter should have been renamed "Mayor Flowerpot" because he preferred tulips on Michigan Ave to cement for train viaducts.  But I guess we'll now have to make Rahm "Mayor Tiny Flitting Dancer" because of his refusal to see the danger in front of his eyes while pirouetting and toe stepping blithely away.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mark my words.
