better than writing off the delinquent tax bill and having some phony mortgage and phony appraisal ... i think there should be a federal fund that will demolish any abandoned home that is vacant for more than 12 months.... the federal government will pay the back taxes to the respective municipality and will hold on to the land in a federal fund owned by tax payers and wait for someone to buy the raw land and start from scratch

ahhh these are all great videos but too long... i did watch the ascent of money #4 and what i did pick up was interesting.... "property ownership does not equal wealth generation"... the answer to wealth generation is education which relates to incomes which is more important that property ownership
