I personally find this sign (and all LED signs on roadways) very distracting. I've said this the every time that I have passed this sign. The non-LED, old, worn and weathered billboards do not distract from the sites around them. I love our beautiful and historic city, and actually do take in the sites while out and about.

I hope that I wasn't misunderstood. Although I stated "if anyone deserved it, it was this guy", I don't condone violence for any reason, with the exception of self-defense.

So I was at Joe's last night around 10:30-11, and there was a man, probably in his 40's, that was a complete and total dick - not sure if it's the same man that got his as beat in this article, and I'm not condoning beating the crap out of someone, however, if anyone deserved it, it was this guy. He was completely harrassing the nice lady bartender (name calling), myself, my friends, and basically anyone within shouting distance. We left within 10 minutes of being at Joes because of him. We knew that there was going to be trouble.

Southside bars are totally in walking distance from the Northside. You just may have to worry about getting jumped on your latenight walk home. A few Musikfests back, it happened to me and a few of my girlfriends. We're now known as the "South Bethlehem Fighting Hippies" (we got our asses beat)
