Alok, I want to know if you are seeing the CC option or not. If not, then probably you are put in a bad user list, try to use a different cell phone, different Credit card. Personnal name can be same. I am very much seeing CC option in all sites as of today. Thanks

Blocked? I am surprised, I have not have a similar situation before. Moreover, I m seeing Credit card option in all sites, for example just now I logged into my smartvoip account and it shows me options:

All Betamax resellers' CC options become On or Off by same server. And it is very specific to person depending upon name, country, phone number, credit card number etc. I have seen someone defaulting once in Jumblo never got back CC option with same name, phone or Credit Card. He talked few days in an account, then disputed the transaction in the credit card and got his money back resulting with -1.5 Euro balance in his account. Have you done similar things in the past? Try using a new phone number, a new country if possible, and another unused credit card. And why smartvoip, go for this page to find the cheapest one http://backsla.sh/betamax

May be, but too hard to believe. I just created about an hour ago and able to create it. If you have, then you may like to try with a Indian credit card, or may be through a friend. I dont think these providers have a logic to switch Off and On for CC option.

I created a new id and able to see and recharge in credit card option from US. However I dont see CC option when trying to add to an account created few days ago. Happy Talking.

Guys, US credit card option is back in Jumblo. Create a new id and proceed, then only you will see the CC option. If you try an old id, I am not sure, you may not see the credit card option. Happy Talking.

Do you have an Indian Debit/Credit card? If yes, then create one Jumblo account as Indian national and Indian Debit/Credit card address. If you have an US card, then wait and watch until US Credit/Debit card payment option are available. If neither, then you may like to contact me at sarthak.nayak (a) infogain.com, and I can help you opening one account. Just remember that you can call through this service by a toll number, by computer client, by SIP device and NOT by any toll-free number.

Alok, I cant assure that it will be back in a week; but as far as my experience goes, it mostly comes back in an week or two. I usually keep multiple accounts running, so that I stay connected in dead days.

Guys, payment option with Credit card will be back in a week or so, when you next time pay, activate the auto debit option, so you won't have to worry for payment next time. Better still, pay 30 Euro at a time, so that you can save 0.50 Euro as payment charges every time.

Open one account as Indian national, and you will get all the payment option. But the problem with that is you may have to use an Indian credit card, and Indian credit card charges about 10-13% service charges. But still Jumlo.com is the cheapest one now.

I have been using these services from quite sometime. Now the cheapest one to India is Jumblo.com, try opening an account as an Indian national, they you will most probaly see the Credit card option and try to pay with Indian credit card. Also you can wait for few more days, the credit card option comes back ideally in a week or two even for US accounts.
