We've never attempted painting. Carving these weren't too hard. We have a few of those little kits that they sell. Never had an issue. :D

I know during NaNo (November), I definitely write at least 750 words on my phone.
I'd love an app that I could do that with, though I'm hoping it wouldn't just be an iOS app, as so many places are doing. :/

I have the Surround, and yeah, no update, and just the run-around from AT&T, though I have seen 1.4 Focus users getting it, thought they're not supposed to until October.

How about instead of thinking that way, join in with him, and play a little. Everyone should have a release valve, and for some, it's gaming. I game (Sims 2) and my husband does (Madden NFL). Heck, my kids do (ClickStart by Leapster or Blue's Clues).
