I am in the marketing and communications field but my reasons are more personal for wanting to attend. My daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia in April this year and she will be in chemo treatment for 2.5 years and Sick Kids. My daughter is 3 years old and is a "spokesperson" for Sick Kids in their Ambassador program. The fear and anxiety that parents of critically ill children face is unimaginable.
