One of the big draws here is the nearly complete lack of weapons and the completely rediculous storyline. Unfortunately, the story hasn't really evolved whatsoever since Tekken 4 so, I really can't see myself playing all that much of this.

Is anyone really going to buy this?

Re: Complete, Uninterrupted Tekken 6 Match Videos

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Re: There’s your big GamesCom LBP announcement: Water!

That looks fantastic. Bioshock 2 would benefit from "casual" co-op, meaning if you hack a flying security bot, your co-op buddy would control it. If you hypnotize a Big Daddy, your co-op buddy would control the Big Daddy for the short time.

That is, if those particular situations ever occur in the sequel.

Re: Did Someone Say They Needed Tekken 6 Screenshots?

The best part about Tekken is that the series has never taken itself too seriously and almost completely removed weapons from the game in lieu of only hand-to-hand combat.

I believe I'm done with the series, however. Tekken 5 DR on the PSN is about as perfect as a fighter can be for me. I really don't have an interest in the new characters which is a sign that I truly just don't care enough anymore.

Re: Did Someone Say They Needed Tekken 6 Screenshots?

ahem...

Panda is Ling Xiaoyu's [little school girl character in the game] bodyguard. He is generally not an unlockable character (not since earlier games) and available from the beginning as an optional "skin" based on the button you press when selecting him.

Panda is a near-clone of Kuma (or really, Kuma Jr. The original Kuma died after the original Tekken and this is Kuma's son also named Kuma....) who is secretly in love with Panda and gives Panda gifts of flowers whenever he/she gets the opportunity (ending movies from earlier games). Kuma is supposed to be Heihachi Mishima's body guard.

Kuma is basically in the tournament to defeat Paul Phoenix, who Kuma once saw on TV and went raging mad...

So there you have it, totally rediculous.

Re: Utah Senate Passes New Video Game Bill, Battle to Follow

As-if Utah really needed any more reasons not to live there...

Re: Psst! GTAIV's strip clubs are 100% unnecessary.

I'm a bit bothered by the radio stations blurting out obscenities. That detracts from the game to me because plain and simple, you would never hear that on open-air radio in the US.

I love hearing people curse at me in Greek though.
