If I get home and I have lots of energy, maybe I'll do a workout video or some stair running. Now that I sit for 12 hours straight on class days, stairs are becoming even more important in my life salad spinner.

Middle America takes this as a slam to Palin that (in the liberal’s mind) was so subtle and smooth it would pass right over the heads of the rubes at WalMart, salad spinner but be a great laugh at arugala salad and chardonnay dinner parties.

One that could’ve been avoided with a little self restraint, an ounce of precaution, and like maybe some type of salad spinner tong or telescoping grabber-like-arm-thing wrapped in a light gauze or something.

This band brings me back to a time when I was really involved with the hardcore scene. They're the most insane live band I think anyone can witness. The energy, it's loud. It's so noisy salad spinner.
