I prefer the L-shaped plugs, as they don't make the brick chargers stick out of the wall.

These are figure 8 plugs, and they work just fine with the Eee PC adapter.

I'm confused. I thought the official MSI Wind images they released, and even the Wind unit "reviewed" by that Turkish guy were of the 8.9" unit.

Am I wrong? I thought we still didn't see the 10" Wind... Now they release the price of the 10" before the price of the 8.9"??

Mike, the expected prices for the upcoming Wind Liliputers :) is scary... it's said to reach about $1000??? That makes me less excited about the larger screens (read: 10").

From what we saw from the first and second generation eees, I'm not sure if MSI will be able to shoehorn a 10" screen inside the body of the Wind with 8.9" screen. Then again, MSI don't have to worry about the location of the speakers as Asus did, since MSI placed the speakers at the bottom from day one.

Damn you MSI... Why do you have to make my decision more difficult?

Black eee 900, or black Wind?

As a side note, I prefer Asus products over MSI products hands down. Asus mobos for example are highly respected. MSI mobos however are generic cheap products.

Look at their old logo for god's sake (on the screen of the black Wind)! They were smart enough to update the logo... I never saw the new logo before it appeared on the Wind.

28-33 minutes difference... I'd say that's acceptable by my standards.

I plan to get my 900 with the 5800 anyway. Maybe the 5200... But not the 4400.

Plus I want to get the 10400 mAh battery too. Would be nice to see results of the 10400 on the 900 compared to the 700.

Brad, Kudos for the awesome site. I guess you did the right thing by moving from eeesite to Liliputing after all.

Just a suggestion. This post was/is extremely long. Maybe you can consider having a one paragraph summary for long posts like this, with the details in the "Read" link.

This way people not interested in a certain post won't need to scroll a lot to reach the next post.

And where is your mini-note??

Awesome summery. Finally a post with all the options!

Still have to wait for over a month for Computex. Damn it!!

Hopefully more info will leak about the Wind sooner though.

I don't know about the rest, but I'm not interested in any of the options with VIA processors. It's a shame, the Cloudbook Max really looks nice (and it's the only one to have s-video out!).

The ones that I'm watching are the Wind and Acer. These are the only two names that could make a decent product. Intel options look awful, and although the Medion sounds interesting, I don't want to end up with a laptop that only 2 people have and with no support.

that other 1GB is "An additional burrow that is can takılabil memory".

I'm guessing they mean the memory is expandable up to 2 GB (or more literally, you can add 1 more GB to the existing 1 GB of ram).

Just my guess though...
