Pretty scared. I've never been a fan but my 5 year old laptop wasn't cutting it anymore and I needed something fast! Apple has a better "out of the box" hardware selection than most common PC vendors, and I didn't have time to build a new pc or wait a month for a high end Dell. Wish me luck :)

Re: Bolting From the Office With a Sheepish Grin, the Young Fool Stumbled Upon 15 Unconventional Secrets to Success | Freeing This World From The Illusion of Scarcity - Russell Yermal aka "The Suc...

Brad, there's a reason I give props to you in this blog post (and a handful of others, as well):The impact you've had on my life has been HUGE. Yes... things "really happen" and all the Universal Laws (like attraction, cause & effect, etc) come in to play, but what does that really mean? These things wouldn't all be termed and defined if it weren't for us humans (or other observers) watching and giving names to them. I believe there are many things that we can change in our lives simply by changing our mindset about them. It may even be possible to change everything! (but then, how would you know if you had gone nuts, or if you really had changed the world around you? developing faith is a journey in itself)Just remember: there is no situation in this world that you can do NOTHING about - even if all you can do is adjust your attitude to see the situation in a positive light)

Re: Bolting From the Office With a Sheepish Grin, the Young Fool Stumbled Upon 15 Unconventional Secrets to Success | Freeing This World From The Illusion of Scarcity - Russell Yermal aka "The Suc...

Chris, having worked with you... The affiliate revenue from a blog post like this literally equates to peanuts. It may buy lunch, Red Lobster on a good day. If you're a "big name" blogger and you get thousands or tens of thousands (or more) of views on each blog post, then you may actually earn a full time income from affiliate marketing like this. But if you are relying on affiliate programs like Amazon for the majority of your income, you're leaving a lot of money on the table. There's much more money to be made in blogging and Social Media than you can make from just Amazon or Adsense, or even Clickbank... the real value is in building your personal brand and having that raving tribe of followers. A blog post like this is never about the money (although a salad in return for my work is nice), it's always about delivering value.Does that make sense?Russellp.s. judging by your comment, you're definitely going to like the Adwords training that Chris Record is giving to our premium students as part of next month's continuity... stay posted for more details soon

Re: 15 Unconventional Success Secrets I’ve Discovered since I First Bolted From the Office With a Sheepish Grin…

Brad, there's a reason I give props to you in this blog post (and a handful of others, as well):

The impact you've had on my life has been HUGE. Classically, I've had to carry a heavy laptop in order to get all the power I want on the go. Not a very good option when you like to take your laptop on long bike rides and connect on the go.
