Goed dat er ook een inhoudelijk vervolg gegeven wordt aan het succes van de eerste Pride on the Beach. Er is al veel verbeterd de afgelopen decennia maar er is zeker nog veel te doen! En daar gaan we natuurlijk gezamenlijk hard aan werken!

I have decided myself at the age of 18 years old to be circumcised. I choose it because I personally consider it the most hygienic possibility and I believe that during 2 so-called faithful relations in which I fucked as a top my that time boyfriends bareback never got infected with HIV which they both got we found out. So these I my personal reasons.
However, any child should be able to make it's own choice. Despite religion or tradition. There is female circumcision nearly the whole world justifiably fights against. If someone starts a new religion with the instruction to cut the lower (useless) part of the ear lobs from infants, I'm quite sure the authorities would come in action, take away the children, take the custody away from the parents, probably name the religion a sect and forbid it. Why? Because we usually don't cover ears like penises? Or because such a sect doesn't have the powerful lobby as the Jewes or Muslims have?

This sounds unbelievable and without any scientific motivation. It would mean that something is wrong with Americans and Israelites. Since most Arab countries have major circumcised male populations and so do many African and Asian countries (like Malaysia and Indonesia for example). Actually, of about a billion people the males are (being) circumcised and see them breeding faster than most others.
Besides this point, I'm against circumcision because there is not enough reason to justify this permanent change of the body without the consent of the person involved.

Maybe it is true but isn't this the standard hypocritical American approach advertised here? As an experienced HRD specialist I certainly don't believe in perfect profiles since there are no perfect people. Besides this, we should learn to accept that we are a homogenious society and we should hire the best human for the job. Not a party member, a fellow from the same religion or whatever. I have learned that bringing together people from entire different backgrounds with different ideologies and ideas created the most flexible, strong and reliable teams.
As a Dutchman I would say, who cares who likes to go the a nude beach, who cares who smokes a joint once in a while, who cares if someone goes to a dance festival and takes a pill or line...looking at all the disastrous events with "perfect" party leaders in the USA, those "great" images are all created bull sh*t.

Warranted Wiretapping (with good legislation) would be a good solutions. For example authorities like a District Attorney or a court would have to decide if it will be allowed in a specific case.
The procedures would have to be recorded in files and presented to the court in case of prosecution in which situation the court can allow or dismiss the evidence resulted from wiretapping.
Although nobody is in favour of to much "Big Brother is watching" regulation is needed to control those who make decisions on this sensitive issue.
