Verse 30 says:"Howbeit for both causes shall they be justly punished: both because they thought not well of God, giving heed unto idols, and also unjustly swore in deceit, despising holiness."</p><p>The evil results on the worship of graven images is what happened to Philippine society. Filipinos worship idol saints and celebrate them annually thorough fiesta celebrations. In this annual event, the "worship" is accompanied by drunkenness, gambling, and orgies.
