Lots of times there is not scientific evidence for things that actually do work. I know one thing - I'd trust a natural thing before something I got from my doc. Whatever scrips are out there will probably be called off the market in 5 years. Keep taking them and maybe you can be part of a class action suit!

Re: http://www.lifescript.com/Life/Money/Money-Tips/Dont_Leave_Finances_Up_To_Him.aspx

"...and it all goes to the ex-wife" OR the government! Make sure your name is on what it should be or the government has first crack at it, is my understanding.\

Re: Get Rid of Under-Eye Circles

This is good info, but don't food allergies or other allergies contribute also? I have dark circles under my eyes, and I'm pretty sure my vitamin and mineral intake is ok, especially considering the quality of the vitamins I take. They're some of the most easily-absorbed vits in the world.

Re: Taste Test: The Best & Worst ‘Light’ Ice Cream | Lifescript.com

I bought some Breyer's Overload Brownie Mud Pie and it was horrible. I didn't think it was supposed to be low-fat, but after reading the ingredient label, instead of ice cream it read "frozen dairy dessert". Whatever it was, it was gross. www.HelpFromHome.com

Re: Control of "bad" cholesterol improving | Lifescript.com

I use this really great supplement called Phytomega that helps with cholesterol. It has plant sterols in it that compete with cholesterol at the absorption site, which means that less cholesterol ever enters your bloodstream. It also has omega 3s with help with triglyceride levels. I love it.

Re: Fibromyalgia: 7 Ways to Ease Symptoms | Lifescript.com

I've talked to a ton of people who have also experienced relief from their symptoms by lessening the toxic load in their environment. That's not to say it "cures" them, but it greatly alleviates the symptoms. Trace elements in our environment really have a harsh effect on many, many people.

Re: Exercise test predicts heart problems in diabetics | Lifescript.com

This just reminds me of how horrible my diet has been lately. Too much sugar! This article doesn't really mention the way insulin causes build-up in your arteries.

Re: Caramelized Onion & Shrimp Bruschetta | Lifescript.com

That looks amazing. I love the combination of onions, golden raisins, and shrimp...little bruschetta for that crunch. Yum!

Re: Jorge Cruise's Top Exercises for Women | Lifescript.com

It's ALL about balance, isn't it? I probably socialize at the expense of sleep and work at the expense of working out. Horrible...thanks for the wake-up call.
