In newer versions of macOS you can just use QuickTime for screen mirroring/recording, I think.

Yikes. This is one of the things I dread about coming back to Canada. My plan here in the UK is unlimited data and texts, with 200 minutes, for £17 per month. That's less than $40. Then again, the price of gas here is about double. haha

iOS 7.1.2, aka aTV 2 firmware 6.2.1. Just Plug it into your computer and restore to get the latest firmware.

This is all good, assuming developers are using the APIs correctly. Also, whenever there's a major iOS update it is quite common place for some apps to behave incorrectly until they are properly updated. Just my 2¢. :)

It took a while for apps to get "up to speed", when the App Store first opened. It'll probably be the same for the watch apps.

It's funny that the only people commenting are the people NOT buying the watch. A little jealous? :P Actually, I'm not buying it either. haha. I haven't worn a watch since 2007, when I got my first smartphone (iPhone, of course. :P). Apple Watch doesn't make we want to start wearing one now. My opinion is this: I like using my iPhone. I'd rather use the large screen of my phone than the tiny screen on a watch. That's just me. :)

This tweak has been discontinued, I beleive, as it is built in to iOS now. Try adding Ryan Petrich's beta repo, and see if it is still there. rpetri.ch/repo

The new MacBooks look great, but I'm still disappointed with the watch. It doesn't look or seem like an Apple product, to me. I get that wearables are the trend right now, but speaking as a person who doesn't wear a watch; this doesn't make me want to wear a watch. I enjoy using my iPhone, that I've already paid so much money for. I'm not gonna spend another $500, so I don't have to use the other $500 device I purchased. Just my opinion.
