I'm happy to attend the signing appointment but have had less than a handful attended by loan officers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One potential reason is that signings are usually put together in about a 12-hour period and you're trying to coordinate times that work for client, lender, agent, and title. Tough to do.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However, I wish more loan officers were instantly available by phone when you're deep in the signing appointment.
