Thanks for your feedback Brett. We will be redesigning the Dashboard soon and will consider adding this. I guess my question for now is: why should someone be informed about a tentative booking that's been made for them if it's only tentative? Doesn't it only really become relevant to them when/if it's changed from tentative to confirmed? It would be good to understand a bit more about how you're using it before we make a decision about this.

Hi @Karina Baird, first of all, thanks again for taking the time to give us your feedback. This is just the first iteration and we definitely have plans to add bulk editing of projects and clients in the future. I can't give you a release date right now but it's definitely on our roadmap.

Thanks for clarifying Alexandra. This sounds like something that would be addressed by another feature on our roadmap - Booking Approvals. I can't give you a date for when we will deliver it yet but I'll make sure your feedback is taken into account when we work on it. In the meantime, it's probably best to add separate tentative bookings.

@Alex S if the user has access to the Schedule, they will see the tentative booking there. Does that help?

@Alex S yes, we will definitely consider that in the future. When you say "users individual schedule", do you mean their Dashboard? You're not referring to the Schedule are you?

Thanks for confirming @Alex S. This was a deliberate decision because some customers probably don't want people seeing tentative bookings until they're confirmed. But we will review and research this when we redesign the Dashboard in the future. Thanks again for your feedback.

That's great to hear! I think it would be good to have custom permission templates. We plan to change the way our permissions work someday and I will make a note to consider it as part of that work. Thanks for your feedback Jörg.

Hi Jay, it's not something we've investigated ourselves but it looks like you would need to add a filter into your Zap to prevent the Zap from running when the Booker is the same as the same as the logged in user. See https://zapier.com/help/how.... Hope that helps to point you in the right direction.

Great to hear that @Mark McPherson and thanks for your feedback. The new Schedule is a completely different animal and we're really excited about it. Finalising the new Schedule beta is our biggest priority right now. After that, we will move onto some of our other high priorities which includes reoccurring bookings. Sorry, we don't have a definite date for it right now.
