I moved my blog to a different blogging engine and messed up my Disqus comments. Previously, a gentleman named 'graemenelson' posted that he too had run into issues with nokogiri:

"I am having problems install Nokogiri myself, but it was just with homebrew. I tried it with and without MacPorts with no luck on Snow Leopard. At least with homebrew, I am a little closer. If I find a solution I will let you know."

To which I hypothesized that SL actually came with an updated LibXML2 and should work out of the box. After a little tinkering, Graeme got back to me stating that RVM had been playing up, but that he now had it sorted.

Just thought I'd post that in case anyone else runs into a similar issue...

Hi Graeme, thanks for the comment.

I was under the impression that SL shipped with a more recent version of LibXML2, and therefore Nokogiri was good to go?

you should just be able to `gem install nokogiri` and be away, no?
