well buddy though yopur completly right what does marijuana have to do with strixes and morganhill bowl. personally i do think that punishing the owners is rediculous, and punishing the bowlers is an even bigger mistake. way to support local business! that being said the owners should have some conern for there customers, it should be there duty to insure the safety of their patrons. that is if you want your customers coming back i dont know any busniess man/woman who doesnt what their customers coming back.

where does it say they're illegal?????????????? you cant go and blame mexicans for this. after all it is this country who has taught them about norteno and sureno crap! MOST illegal come to make money the honest way! take for example a person i personally know at first was here for about a year without papers got his paper work and has been here in the united states as a legal documented immigrant for ovwer 40 yrs, without so much as a speeding ticket. its wrong! your wrong and you should think about what you say before you open your mouth and say stupid remarks like that. also i being a mexican american can also agree that yes we do need a better way of keeping undocumented people(notice how im not pointing out mexicans) out of the U.S. that being said unless we want to pay a whole lot more for our produce we must bring back the bracero program. that way people who want to come to work are allowed to and yes they will have temporary documents.

mina i agree with you i knew him also he was a good guy. i think that what hollisterresident1 is trying to say is if you live by the sword you die by the sword. everyone misses alex. i dont know any of the details about the murder, so im not gonna chose sides. but it wasnt right! and yes someone should get punished for a murder, unless it truly was self defense. rip alex my heart goes out to aldo and the rest of the hurtado family

ive taken psychology and administrational justice classes in college, do you know that rapist and child abusers are more likely to commit the same crime over and over again. which makes them worst then actual murderers. i sympathize for rape victims and child molestation victims. often offenders dont actually realize that what they do to the victim it will carry with them through out life. thease type of situation can cause massive psychological problems. i know you,ve been through a lot and im glad to hear that your doing well after all the stuff that guy did to you. and yeah this town needs some freaken straighting to do. starting with the sheriffs dept! i hope someone will step in as sheriff and fire a whole bunch of thease guys. dont get me wrong there is a lot of good sheriffs, so im not saying theyre all no good, just some! trust me i know. anyways again all i ever said was the evidence was iffy. and well if i were on the jury id like to know that there is positevly 100% sure that he did it. and well i just dont seem convinced at this point.

wow! im sorry youve been through that! and well my only explanation to my thoughts is that: we all wear diffrent gogglesin life. and and those goggles make situations seem diffrent. what you went through is something that nobody should ever have to go through. ever! yes the person who did that should be castrated at the very least! all im saying is non of thease gurls had any rape kits performed on them. and from what I know enfasses on "I" thease women reported him after they broke up. we cant rely on feelings in the justice system. heres another situation. how would you feel if i accused you of steeling my car with no hard evidence. and they convicted you of it. but you never did it would it be fair to you to go to prison for 4years for g.t.a.? i dunno if he did it or not. for the victims sake i really hope he didnt do it.

lol i dont love him. i just think to convict someone and give him 60 years with out phisical evidence is kind of extreme. i know rape is an extreme offense. but why did they stay with him dude i dont know this whole case seems really rediculous to me

legalize it for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! exactly how is it suppose to increase crime??????? have you seen anyone who has been stoned? usually there chillen listening to pinkfloyd or watching tv eating there funions. quick call the cops! a stoner is watching tv dangerously! common! im a pretty strict catholic and even i see no harm in making marijuana legal! by legalizing marijuana your already running all the criminals out of business. iliminating drug dealers will decrease violence, and crime. keeping people out of jails and thats less tax money being spent on extra facilities and the babysitters in correctional facilities. and spending the money we save on prisons and spending it on more police officers, firefighters, teachers, helping more people get a college education, the list is endless with the benefits steming from legalizing marijuana. not to mention the taxation of marijuana, win win situation, and justice for all!

and tobbaco and alcohol isnt????? the only way marijuana will increase crime is if we keep it illegal. like in one of the previous comment, at this point it only benefits the drug dealers. instead of creating viable jobs, instead of it being sold at stores and getting taxed were shipping off U.S. money to drug lords in mexico. instead of helping thease cartels make more money we should do what it takes to help mend and heal our already cripled country. one way is to legalize what almost everyone in america already has or does smoke. lets face the facts marijuana is much healthier and less addicting then tabbaco and alcohol! so why are we banning a plant that naturally grows in this country. a plant that can be used in so many different ways to benefit our society. i say legalize it for all. stop arresting people for marijuana, which will also save us even more money from the cost that we have to pay for the correctional facilities. if your gonna keep marijuana illegal then outlaw tobacco, and alcohol!

hey anti_christian, i just want to tell you that i am catholic. also i extreamly condemn ANY diddling, ANY rape, or abuse specially on children. i believ all people abusing children and adults for that matter should be incarcerated. it shouldnt matter who you are. i do agree with you that if more christians would follow what the bible preaches that we wouldnt get such a bad rap. the only point i disgree with you on is the fact that your catagorizing us all as child rapist and no god evil doers. i am catholic but i also believe that as long as your doing good who gives a shishcabob what religion you belong to from cathoili, christian, buddism, muslim, atheist, agnostic, it doesnt matter to me. as long as your good and are doing good, your good in my book. and if you havent noticed by now im not a bible thumping catholic. just a catholic who goes to church and tries to practice what they preach. but i also believe that he must be punished for his actions! i just hope the D.A. can muster up enough evidence. i do like some of your beliefs and respect your opinion. and i do see your point about people practicing what they preach. anyways i hope people respect my opinion. laters!

i hate this justice system. in this town its not what you did; but who you know, who knows you, and most importantly who likes you. i dont know anything about sheriff hill. i assume he is one of the good guys; if he is, i really hope whomever is appointed sheriff does as good or better job then hill. I hope he weeds out all the corrupt officers, and city officials. this town needs it, the people of this town need it.
