So now you see why I need the book, because as hard as I try to be a ray of sunshine peeking out of a dark cloud (a description I got from another newsroom) its very rough somedays. So between downloading the “Urban Dharma” and meditation podcasts and trying to look constantly on the bright side, sometimes I just need a little “Black Books” to show me how some cope with work frustration, the lack of a true partner and just disney acting auditions having really bad luck, there’s wine, friends and sometimes your own little Little Book of Calm.
