I did the meditation. I felt warmth in my right shoulder. The surgeon told me twenty years ago that the cartilage was gone. I can now rotate my right arm fully both forwards and backwards and raise it to the side. This is the first time in nearly 25 years that I have been able to do this. I feel elated.
