No Thanks… Being Antisocial on Social Networks?

Hey Robert -

I was thinking about this same thing the other day when I was thinking about some invites that I had sent to one of the guys in my neighborhood via Pownce. I hadn't heard back from him and was thinking that maybe, just maybe, he isn't as excited (addicted?) as I am to these web 2.0 tools/ social networks. I just thought that your post was timely.

Re: BrightKite Helps You Make IRL Friends

Also very excited to receive an invite. Why is it that I find myself so drawn to these sorts of things? I'm a doggon CPA for crying out loud, not a tech guy. Is it a symptom of not enough interaction IRL that I feel such a weird need to check all these online social networks out?

BTW I use Twitter off and on and enjoy using it to microblog and to see what everyone else is doing. I sometimes feel a bit odd though - sort of like I'm cyber stalking or something.

Anyway, cheers!
-Robb
