もちろん、数字を見ているのが概ねに状況を掴むためだけであり、凄く気になっているわけではありません。逆に言えば数字だけを考えると運動がつまらなかくなり、絶対失敗するのであえてケンとラケットボールをするために運動、シェイップアップをしているというふうに考えています。ケンに勝つためにGet in Shapeだ！

だが、まったく無視しているわけでもないですね。だいたいトレッドミルの数字とかを使ったりしてどのぐらいカロリーを消費しているかスマートフォーンで簡単に記録を取れるから取っているだけです。それがなければ、多分記録を取っていないと思います。でも、運動で消費したカロリーを記録をとり始めるととやっぱりIntakeしているカロリーがどのぐらいか気になるわけですし、スマートフォーンで簡単に記録を取れるわけです。だって、例えばスタバのブラウニーがっxxカロリーを簡単に記録出来るものです。要は計算する必要がなく、何を食べたかを選ぶだけでスマートフォーンが自動出来にカロリーを入力してくれるわけです。

そうすると、問題は手作りの料理です。もちろん、レストランより家庭料理がいいと思いますし、その中でも魚とか、悪いコレステロールが少ないものに少しずつ増やしています。もちろん、ありさが作る時が多いですが時々僕も作っています。特に最近は週末に僕が作るように頑張っています。（実は料理するというのもタバコを止めるため）

Thai Gra Paoは選択があってチキンかポークのひき肉です。白ご飯がついています。メインディッシュとしていまひとつかもしれませんが、色々注文してそれぞれを少しずつ食べるという場合はいいなと思いました。ケン君がそのまま遠慮なく食べました。

Jay, thanks for the link to Amy's article. I'm glad I read your post first because I found so much wrong with Amy's post. Not that she is wrong per se, but there is so much that can be challenged in that article.

My view and experience is much the same as yours. My kid's Mom is Japanese and there is a certain amount of the "Chinese Mother" in her approach, but nowhere near the degree of Amy. And like your kids, my kids are getting straight A's, but are also officers in school volunteer organizations, play on the soccer teams, one joined the Debate club, the other decided on getting a part time job.

My daughter has a boyfriend, god forbid or mother forbid according to Amy, but she still didn't have to take her Calc. semester exam because the Professor knew she'd get a 98 on the test like everything else.

Simple fact is I do not define success as academic only.

面白いのはケンとジョージのスコアがほぼ同じです。どのセクションをみても点数が同じですね。

エリーは一番上手だと思いますね。だって結局年齢が上から日本いる時間が長かったわけですが、その上、アメリカに来ても日本のテレンデイドラマを結構見ていました。ケンとジョージは僕を抜いて日本テレビを見たりするけど、エリーと比べると「時々」見ているということで、エリーが大学に行ってから全く見ていないと思います。

エリーは大学4年生向けの授業を取っているらしいけど、「簡単」と言っています。もちろん、他の4年生たちがきっと僕みたいな人で大学に入ってから勉強し始めたと思います。だから、ちょっと簡単だと思いますけど、やはり、漢字を一所懸命勉強しているみたいです。特に、読むには分かっているみたいけど、「書く」に苦労しているそうです。そして、文法が苦手だそうですね。文法として勉強したことがなく、単なる覚えたわけですから苦労しているでしょうね。

このあいだ、シカゴに行った時にケンとジョージがもちろんですが、僕も日本語能力試験を受けてみました。1級を挑戦していました。もちろん、全く勉強しないままで受けてみたのですね。良く出来ている試験です。もちろん、簡単な内容もあればちょっと苦労した問題もありました。音声のテストは非常に簡単だったのですが、確実に一つをミスしてしまった。だって、前の問題についてメモを書いていたら、音声質問も終わっていた。（とにかく、テープの会話が非常にゆっくりでしたので、全然集中が出来なかったです。　結果に全く自信がないんですけど、楽しみです

It was definitely unattributed as far as I could tell. My title was probably a little harsh but I wrote that before I noticed it was updated. I generally go for the easiest answer is probably the closest to the truth. Which means to me that the original poster just didn't do it right.

They did update it 2 hours later. Perhaps my tweet got their attention?

I also took Ted's advice and have screenshots and the source html to back me up. ;-)

The staff was great at Mayfield Fine Foods. We enjoyed what we purchased too. At some point we'll be back to try some more things. When we do I'll be sure to say Spasbyo to Roman!

平井さん、久しぶりです！　

もちろん、沖縄に行きますよ。でも、日本に行く可能性が低くなりました。なんかなんか、決まらなくて直営業担当に聞いてみたのですが、この案件で行くと思いません。結局、顧客のニーズが曖昧過ぎて、我々の見積りがあんまりにも根拠がないんです。営業と顧客側でもっと定義しておかないとこちらからリソースを出す意味がないというか、適当なリソースをアサインすることできないし、期間も分からないわけで道が長いです。

少なくとも、今年中は日本への出張がないと思います。逆に昨日にヨーロッパへの出張はどうですかと上司から聞かれましたので、そっちが先だと思います。

Denis Labelle post this on Google Buzz which is a share of a post on the Gmail Blog about 5 tips for using the priority inbox.

The third tip down shows how to handle the situation I mentioned in this post that talks about filters that have messages bypass the inbox. I gave it a shot and sure enough, by wife's messages are now showing up in the priority inbox!
