One more, which I missed in the comment above- option to record directly to SSD as in GFX , even in X series cameras, through the usb c connection.

Mutiple custom focus range limiters which can be customised and mapped to custom dials on , say a camera like XH2s. Right now, there is only one customisation available. The other two being fixed.

This is the play. One can see the prop on the bottom left and the actor on the other side. This was shot with another XH2s witch which I was capturing photos.

It was in zone focus, since the actor wasn't moving around much. But with face detection set to on, it ignored the actor and started focusing on a prop on stage. It wasn't even like the focus was only on that prop. It kept jumping rapidly between the prop and the face of the actor. I don't think auto focus should be that difficult to achieve.

All said and done, I still like using XH2s, but auto focus is an issue. And the bigger issue to me is the way Fuji is neglecting the old products, that too, their "flagship" camera. Doesn't give me hope as a customer to buy their next camera. Look at Nikon Z8, which was launched roughly around the same time as XH2s, the Z8 is still getting updates.

I know there are workarounds, and I try and use those workarounds to achieve the most reliable auto focus I can get out of camera. I am familiar with the Fuji system too, as someone who has been using Fuji since the time of XT2, just disappointed with the attitude of the company.

Experienced the shitty auto focus just last week, when I was recording a play. Since there was just one actor on stage, I had enabled eye auto focus. But the camera was (incorrectly ) detecting a prop kept on stage, for some weird reason. I had to stop the recording mid way and disable eye auto focus and then start recording.

Whatever happened to Kaizen? It seems like Fuji is moving from one product launch to another. As an owner of XH2s , feel abandoned for not improving the auto focus. Their last firmware ( touching upon AF issue) specifically said, “ the AF algorithm has been partially revised to improve“ , but after that, nothing!!

Strangely, yes. With still shots, there is no issue. Both with 33mm and 13mm lens on XT3.

My XT3 is not auto focusing with the Viltrox lenses whereas no problem with XH2s. Tried both 13mm and 33mm. Both work fine (video as well as photo ) whereas in XT3 can only focus manually in video.

The Bhopal gas tragedy is really very scary. After so many years, the victims are only made to feel foolish. I purposefully did not write about the judgements. That is more hopeless than the laws. Definitely not easily understandable.

There is definitely a shortage of judges. But the backlog will never be filled. Once again it is the work of politicians. The more I get to know about the state of laws in the country, the more helpless I feel.

With regard to Bhopal gas case, that is something which baffles me too. While searching for the tragedy case, I read this super article http://www.thebhopalpost.com/article_details.ph... which in detail explains what exactly happened immediately after the tragedy. I'm not aware if the PIL will work in this case, I hope it works, will try to get the information about it.

Thank you sir. Thanks for sharing the anecdote. Probably, there are many such incidents in sports. But when I first read the interview of Anand in Chessbase, I was definitely shocked. As somewhere in the interview, Anand himself has said, "But you tell the young people of today and they won’t believe you". Kasparov, Kramnik and Carlsen along with Anish have also shown what it takes to be a good sportsman. This world championship is definitely one of the most memorable one for many reasons. For me it is so because of Anand's hard fought win and the fact that these champions volunteered to help him. Something which is not going to happen very often.

He is exactly the same as you described. Never the one to venture into controversies. And as a player, I guess, there is nothing left to prove for the world champion, who successfully defended his title twice against younger opponents. To me, he is the best example for an ideal sportsman.

You can take up commerce without opting for maths. there are many combinations in p.u.c for commerce. Who says Arts won't fetch you "good jobs"? Do what you like instead of thinking of jobs now itself. You can take up Accountancy, Business Studies, Computer Science and Economics as your optionals. That way, you can study commerce and avoid Mathematics. This option is available in Mysore. I don't know you are from which city, but if it is Bangalore, that option should be available. After completing 2nd p.u you can decide on taking the professional courses like CA, CS or CWA if you are interested.
