- Hotel New Hampshire: the first time I read it, I was stunned that it was available in my (Catholic) high school library. And yet, we had no books on witchcraft. Odd, that.
- The Road: for all of the misery and danger, it's actually a nice father/son travel story.
- East of Eden: murder by knitting needle? So basically, I'm surrounded by weapons here?

Well, you can always write the list down and then plug it into the online version. That's why my written list always starts with "Make sure you punch this in when you get to work." That way, I'm killing time AND getting things done at the same time :)

Bravo Kalev - that was a terrific post! There is so much more gay-positive literature available for young adults than there used to be. In the past couple of months, I've read a couple of great books - Perry Moore's "Hero", James St. James' "Freak Show" - that every gay kid should have available to them. (And we have at my library - living in a small, rural community with no large cities nearby, it's vital to have these resources on hand for kids who need to have it.)

See, I kept reading it as "Toledo" for some reason.

It sounds interesting - I've been using Remember The Milk (http://www.rememberthemilk.... since the spring for the same purpose, and I quite like it. It's got a Google gadget component too, which I have stuck at the top of my iGoogle page (which is also my home page).

The awesome thing is that very soon (as in by the end of the month) almost every library in Ontario will have this service available!
