it was stated that
"The EC 261/2004 monetary compensation doesn’t apply for flights that are
canceled by this industrial action, but the duty to care still dos. Air
France is required to rebook you on other airlines even when on award
tickets or provide refunds. They must provide hotel accommodation
including meals for affected passengers."

and now it states that "Remember that the EC 261/2004 duty to care applies even when the
airline’s employees are striking. You can request Air France to move you
to other airlines at their expense and provide hotels/meals in case of
extended delays. It is also your option to get a full refund."

so which one is it? please let me know :)

I was scheduled to fly on one of the cancelled flights CDG-MUM, i was rebooked on another flight 12 hours later but was not given any hotel or meals.
Is there anything that i can do to claim the expenses?

yup, if this works out, it will be evolutionary,
and if the website can program what shows up in the menu, then it is awesome.
but i hate to see it (the feature) browser dependent, i mean at the end they should create a standard, so that every browser can support the feature..

i just played it on wine.. and wow it was good..
the best thing i liked abt it is, it started out at my full resolution, no tweaking the settings etc..

when the game works flawless with wine, why dont the devs officially package it with wine like picasa or teamviewer?

no, i dont have issues with the slow-down.. :P infact the slow-down was a compliment on how big it was.. ;)

if it is-int too much to ask, it would be great if you can list out all the aliases and functions that the file contains and a small description of what each does,
i know the file is well commented, but if you can do this it would be great..

i checked with ipad (iOS 4.2.1), it doesnt work, gets detected but the music doesnt get transferred.

Customs issue is a no-issue, as any one travelling to India can carry new gadgets without any custom duties/taxes. The value of these gadgets is limited to 1,00,000 INR ( ~2220 USD ).

and reg Klau3's concern, now-a-days the robbery/tampering of in-transit goods rarely occurs, as I have been sending stuff to-from india using regular courier/postal services.

but i wouldn't recommend buying elsewhere and sending it to India as the shipping costs will be a lot, and the choice/price of laptops in India is pretty awesome.

and if you are choosing Dell India, I can get an inside quote saving around 10-15% on the market price. (I have friends working in Dell, and they would be glad to redeem their EPP (employee purchase price) for OMG
