My made for moment is definitely that time in the morning after my shower where I get to sit down with my breakfast and watch the morning news. It really gives me a little bit of time where I'm not focused on work or what I have planned for the day but I really get to focus on what is going on in the world (all over some great food!).

While I think this looks absolutely adorable on you, as many have mentioned, I'm not sure I could get away with showing some midriff if it weren't in a bathing suit. Not necessarily about what others think but more about how self-conscious I would feel! Way to rock it, though!

I'm in advertising in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I'm a pretty strong believer in mixing and matching pieces so that I rarely wear the same exact outfit more than every few months.

However, when it comes to statement pieces like the dress above, I usually end up only wearing it once or twice a season. It's not because I think it should be that way, it just ends up happening that way because I have a curse of remembering the last time I wore something. I'll often try to wear it one way with a certain group of friends and then add a jacket or sweater and wear it with a different group.

As you mentioned, I always pack lots of things that can be layered so you get more out of a smaller amount of clothes. In addition, I always have to bring a few statement pieces so that I don't feel like I'm rewearing the same things over and over.

One other thing that I've found to work incredibly well is that if you want to bring boots, wear them on the plane. It's a good way to keep your feet warm, save space in your luggage AND keep your leather from getting messed up in transit.

Have you considered IKEA? They have really cute things that are pretty affordable. I think they also have some faux-leather I think.

And most of their other couches also have slip covers so you could take it off and throw it in the wash once Chloe has really gotten hair everywhere.
