My review of the Nokia Luna:

Pros: Magnificent design and build quality. Great phone.
Cons: No cons. There is nothing that isn't right.
Opinion:
This is a very expensive phone for grown-ups. This is not a media phone
or a music phone, though if you really have to have that stuff, it has it. This is
a first class, no nonsense device for people who love great industrial design
and are willing to spend the money to own it. This is a phone for people
looking for, well, a phone. This is a super phone. Everything about this
phone is a positive, including the version of S40 that it runs. This is not a
gimmicky phone. This is not an iPhone. This is a Porsche 911. That's what it
is. This phone is a classic.

It needs a notification led for email, text and voicemail. Without that it's a less than desirable product. I like it but I really have to have those notifications.

The T68i Started me on my quest/lust for smartphones. It was an unbelievable device. I think about it a lot. I owned more than one over a span of about a year.

I'm an iPhone user and I have been since day one, but I'm bored with it. It's that simple. I prefer Android and WP7. They're just more interesting. They give me more to play with. After using those two for awhile I went out and bought another iPhone. It bored me. I got rid of it the same day. I'm a Mac user and a true Apple enthusiast, but I don't want an iPhone anymore. I now have a Nexus s and the battery life is not what the geniuses at Engadget report. The battery life is like the first generation iPhone. The phone is terrific. It's the best Android phone out there.

I hate these guys. I hate the way they review. Yellow? What yellow. There is no yellow in the colour of the display. Verizon? You want a CDMA phone? What is wrong with you? You are supposed to be wireless sophistos. Niggle, niggle niggle. I think it's time that Engadget brought in some real reviewers, some journalists. Not these old ladies.

It's a great phone and an exceptional OS. That from an iPhone power user. I like it better. Once it gets copy and paste there'll be nothing better.

It doesn't work if you plan on using a credit card for anything. The moment it detects an address other than the one linked to the credit card, you are rejected. Nothing in life is this easy.

Who cares if there is color degradation when you move off centre. Who uses a phone off centre. You hold it in your hand and you look down at it, unless I'm missing something.

It's a gorgeous phone. People who know how to snap the battery cover on, snap the battery cover on. It is no more plasticky than the iPhone. It's 100 times nicer than the Surround, and it makes the LG seem heavy in an unnecessary way. This is by far the very best of the Windows 7 phones and in my capacity as a writer, I've tried all of them.

So there. You guys never cease to amaze me.

When I try to enter recovery mode I get an exclamation mark in a triangle. I have to pull the battery to recover.

Yes. It's rooted in spite of me. I have one hopefully last question, I keep reading about flashing a recovery image to the phone. Is this not done when you root? If not, Is this essential, and if so, where can I get instructions for a Mac?
